Our restaurant is in a vast, very light room, surrounded by a large atrium opening out to the lake. On fine days, you can eat out on the patio.
In this pleasant atmosphere, you can enjoy traditional, regional cuisine. The chef offers some of this region’s specialities - the famous Carbonade beef in beer from Flanders, rabbit in beer, local Maroilles cheese in flaky pastry, the Welsh based on melted cheese or the Potchevlesh (a mixture of beer flavoured white meats).
Restaurant open from Monday to Thursday from 7 pm to 9 pm. We can open the restaurant at other times on bookings only from groups.
Breakfast is served in the same comfortable restaurant with a view of the lake. To get off to a good start in the Dunkirk region, we offer a copious hot and cold buffet with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, croissants, cereals, fromage frais, yoghurts, cold meats, a wide variety of cheeses, cakes, stewed fruits, etc. For the pleasure of your taste buds and your eyes, bacon, omelettes and scrambled eggs are cooked on request before your eyes.
Breakfast is served on Monday to Friday from 6.30 to 10 am, and weekends and public holidays from 7 to 10.30 am.

If you need a break in the day or the evening, you can relax in the cosy atmosphere of our lounge bar, open 7 days a week.
